Here are a few things that now as a Mum I cannot live without… Just also want to mention that this is not a sponsored post just thought I would share with you the things that make my life with 2 under 2 soon to be 3 just that little bit easier (seriously only a little bit)!
Antibacterial wipes – honestly don’t know what I would do without these now that both of my babies are on the move and leaving a trail of sticky hand prints and food wherever they go! Great for cleaning sticky surfaces and non toxic for little ones so I get my 17 month old son helping me clean his table after he has eaten! I clean every surface with these every night when the babies are in bed… the leather sofa, the coffee table, desks, tv unit their toys, you name it it gets wiped down every night! Ahhh cleaning was so much easier before the babies – once a week was enough when it was just Nick and I now I’m doing a deep clean three or four times per week!
We get ours from Wilko’s for 50p per pack but you can pick these sorts of wipes up in most supermarkets, but I have to say the apple and apricot scented ones from Wilko’s are amazing!
Table and chairs for my Sebastian and soon Ophelia will be using these too! Well thank you to my mum and dad for these! Sebastian absolutely loves them and where he would normally run to the high chair when a meal was ready he now runs to his new chair and sit down ready, he has also been using the table for reading at and messy play! I would really recommend these to any parent with a toddler from about 16 months old. Love how easy to clean this one is from IKEA and I am especially loving the flared legs!
IKEA Mammut Kids chair and table:
The bean bag… Ophelia loves it especially when she has her last bottle of milk at night, she prefers to hold her own bottle now and likes to sit and watch bedtime stories on Cbeebies. Also great for this pregnant mama when these two a tucked up in bed its just the right height to put my feet up on and binge watch some Netflix with a nice hot cuppa – until one (or both) of them decides that there is no such thing as bedtime!!
We picked ours up for about £20 on ebay (brand new) it is a child’s bean bag in navy blue so will last Sebastian a while and we are planning on getting Ophelia one of her own as well!
